Our point-of-sale and aftermarket protection plans are for both analog bicycles and electric bikes covering major components and optional battery replacement.


Qualifying products must have an underlying manufacturer warranty or dealer guarantee of one year parts and labor.

Point-of-Sale Protection Plans

Xtend-It offers plans that protect your customer 1, 2, or 3 years beyond the MFR warranty.  The customer chooses the plan that makes the most sense for him or her.  If the customer's purchase is being financed, the plan cost can be added to the customer invoice and financed along with the product.

We provide the merchant with wholesale pricing and he determines the customer selling price at the register.

The merchant enters the protection plan sale into the Intego online portal and downloads the customer terms and conditions to deliver to the customer while in the store.  Plans are reported automatically and are paid for by the merchant at the end of each month.  Customers can access full plan terms and conditions while in the store by scanning our QR code on our POS material.


A point-of-sale warranty sellers license is required in CA and FL.

Introducing Intego’s Xtend-it Aftermarket Referral Program: the zero-hassle way to monetize every e-bike and bicycle sale without the sales pitch. Because this is a referral-based program, no warranty license is required! Simply refer your customers to our site within 30 days of their purchase, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s pure, effortless profit for you and world-class long-term service for them

How the Referral Program Works

  • Don't sell protection plans at the register. Complete your bike sale as usual.
  • Fax or email us a copy of your customer’s invoice (including email address) within 30 days of their product purchase (customer has up to 60 days to  purchase added protection), AND/OR 
  • Place our banner AD on your website/Facebook and 
  • Write your promo code on our AD card with our QR code (business card size) and hand it to the customer. Let them decide!
  • From your invoices we can contact and refer those customers to our website where they can choose to extend  their Bicycle or eBIKE protection for 1, 2 or 3 years BEYOND the MFR WARRANTY! 
  • Your  customer can pay for their protection plan with their credit card!
  • Customers are automatically emailed their coverage form on completed protection plan  purchases.
  • You receive up to $100 commission depending on the bike’s retail price on fully paid PPP purchases. We pay you monthly with complete customer purchase details.
  • You enroll as a Service Provider with our administrator and customers are directed to your store for extended warranty repairs and service! You are reimbursed by our administrator/insurer.
  • We provide each merchant with their unique discount/referral code.   The code takes $25 off the retail price of the protection plan for the customer and we're able to track each purchase to your store.  Merchant commissions are paid monthly with detailed reports.
  • Referral Scripts letting the customer know that they can purchase extended protection for their new bike up to 60 days from date of purchase, and have a 0.00% interest payment plan.
  • Website and Facebook Banner ADs with your unique promo code that let customers know that extended protection is availble after their purchase.
  • Plexi inserts with your referral code and our QR code referrring customers to our website.
  • AD cards (business card size) to hand out to your customers.  The card has our QR code and your write in your unique promo code before handing to the customer.

  • Protection plans are insured by an A-, Excellent rated insurer.
  • Protection plans comply with state extended service contract regulations.
  • Intego Warranty/Xtend-it comply with state licensing requirement.
  • Intego Warranty complies with the FTC CANSPAM Act pertaining to emails and provides the customer with a conspicuous opt-out option.

Drive train: Derailleur, shifters, cables, housing and freewheel, chains, cassettes and chain rings

Headset – Pedals - Saddle

Seat: Post, frame, rails, and collar

Accessories: All functionally operational accessories physically 

attached to the Covered Product when purchased from the Selling Retailer.

Tire & Tube: During the first year of this Agreement, We will cover the parts and/or labor necessary to repair or replace a single tire and/or tube due to puncture. This benefit is limited to one repair or replacement.
