Manufacturer warranties generally provide tiered protection; for example, 2 year pump and motor and one year other parts coverage. Our product protection plans wrap around and include the manufacturer's warranty or retailer's guarantee offering protection on covered parts up to 2, 3 or 5 years from date of product delivery. Xtend-it includes surge protection from day of delivery.  Your customer receives added protection extending the life of their product, and giving them greater confidence to buy.

We provide the merchant with wholesale pricing and he determines the customer selling price of the protection plan.  We provide suggested retail pricing.

Intego offers 2, 3 and 5 year plans.  The customer chooses the plan that makes the most sense for him or her.  If the customer's purchase is being financed, the plan cost can be added to the customer invoice and financed along with the product.

The merchant enters the product protection plan sale into the Intego online portal and downloads the customer terms and conditions to deliver to the customer while in the store.  Plans are reported automatically and are paid for by the merchant at the end of each month.  Customers can access full plan terms and conditions while in the store by scanning our QR code on our POS material.

Customers who have a product protection plan claim (outside the manufacturer's warranty or retailer guarantee), can file online or call our Administrator's toll free number for authorization to take their product to an approved service center.

If the merchant is a "self-servicing" dealer he can be enrolled with our Administrator as the service facility the customer will be referred to.  If the merchant prefers not to provide service, the customer will be referred to one of our nationwide service facilities.
